DMRC has introduced a range of two educational games for the young commuters of Delhi Metro. The all time favorite games ”Snake & Ladder” and “LUDO” have been reintroduced by Delhi Metro for the Metro commuters in the age group of 5-12 years.

The “Snake & Ladder” game highlights the dos and don’ts to be followed while traveling in Metro trains through the interesting game. The young commuters will also understand their duties as a metro commuter while playing this game with their friends and family members. The game also has a route map of Delhi Metro.

The other game” LUDO” has a list of General instructions for Metro travel especially designed for young commuters. These instructions have been designed in simple language and with special emphasis on inculcating etiquettes and good mannerism.

Besides, the games, a set of 4 Book Marks have also been launched. The book marks are also educative and have messages related to women commuters, Smart Cards, Dos and Don’ts and information of Delhi Metro lines. One set of Book Marks will have 4 different book marks on topics related to Delhi Metro.

The purpose of introducing such games and book marks is to educate young metro commuters through interesting ways, so that while playing these games they will also learn. The games - Snake & Ladder and LUDO will also have a dice box each with 16 coins and one dice.

These items are available on Sale from 25th March 2011 (Friday),at the Souvenir Shop, Metro Museum, Patel Chowk Metro Station on Line 2 (Jahangirpuri-HUDA city Centre) at the rates mentioned below:

  1.    Snake & Ladder with one dice box- Rs. 10 (inclusive of all taxes)
  2.    LUDO with one dice box- Rs. 10 (Inclusive of all taxes)
  3.    A set of 4 BOOK MARKS- Rs. 10 (inclusive of all taxes)
