CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FROM 18th March - 14th April 2019

The Railway and Transport Strategy Centre (RTSC), London which manages CoMET and NOVA benchmarking groups, will be conducting the “6th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey” from 18th March (Monday) – 14th April (Sunday) 2019. The main objective of the survey is to know what the commuters think about various aspects of Metro Operations including feedback/suggestions on improving the quality of service.
