THE RECENTLY OPENED FOOT OVER BRIDGE AT RAJA NAHAR SINGH METRO STATION CONNECTING WITH FOB OF BALLABHGARH RAILWAY STATION BECOMES POPULAR AMONG COMMUTERS
The Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) Metro Station of Violet Line has now been connected with the FOB of the Ballabhgarh Railway station as a result of which the Raja Nahar Singh Metro station and the adjacent railway station are now connected by FOBs. This facility has become popular among the commuters, especially those traveling beyond Ballabhgarh.
The FOB connects the Gate No.1 of Raja Nahar Singh Metro Station with Ballabgarh Railway Station. Commuters travelling by Metro can directly reach the Railway Station through this FOB. The FOB also connects the Ballabgarh Bus Stand which is located nearby. The length of the FOB from Gate No.1 of Raja Nahar Singh Metro Station to the FOB of Ballabgarh Railway Station is 367 meters.
The commuters can also cross the National Highway 2 with this FOB without entering the Metro Station. The FOB is located at the unpaid area of Raja Nahar Singh Metro Station. Hence, general public too can use this FOB to reach from either side of the Metro Station. DMRC has constructed subways and FOBs wherever possible to make commuting convenient.
