Lost & Found - Rapid Metro
1. Articles found will be kept at the respective station's Customer Care Helpdesk and on expiry of 48 hours, it will be moved to our depot/warehouse.
2. Unclaimed item will be weekly updated with location and date of where the item was found.
3. On identifying the lost item in the inventory posted, passengers can contact Customer Care.
4. Passenger shall get an NCR registered at the nearest Police Station.
5. Passengers must bring a photocopy of any Id proof along with original to collect their articles.
6. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check for information.
• Warehouse timing -08:30 to 17:00 hrs.
• Warehouse Closed- Saturday-Sunday and All National & Gazetted Holidays.
